| ReadyDesk version 8.3 has been released and is available for download today. This latest version has some great new features like additional email protocols and more. Be sure and check out the new online demos and download the updated user manual. Existing customers can download the latest version by logging in to their account from the home page of our website. Below is a short list of some of the enhancements in this release: • .Net Framework 4.0: ReadyDesk now runs on the .Net framework v4.0. All existing customers will need to update the application pool settings in IIS for ReadyDesk to function properly. • IMAP Support: In addition to POP3, ReadyDesk now also supports the IMAP protocol for reading incoming emails. • Exchange Web Services: ReadyDesk now supports reading emails from an Exhange server. To connect the server must be Exchange 2007 or higher (including Exchange online) and have the Exchange Web Services enabled. |
